As my wife and I approached the age of 60, I began thinking about the need for Long-Term Care (LTC) Insurance. As a Type II diabetic, I thought LTC Insurance would be pricier than I could afford and I delayed serious investigation of the available options until I was 61 and my wife 60. When we first started to shop for LTCi, I was reluctant to do business over the internet. However, I thought I would give it a try and get some quotes but investigate before buying. So after the initial contact, I checked with other brokers. What I found was that Charlie was able to answer my questions better and faster than anyone else I spoke to and deliver multiple quotes via the internet within a few minutes. Also, he was able to match us up with what I believe is the best company. A fact that I also backed up with research. He was also instrumental in helping me successfully appeal for a better health grade. With respect to the logistics of doing business over the internet as opposed visiting an office, it was actually easier. I did not have to travel and Charlie did all the heavy lifting.
